Q&A

Q. What is the difference between a digital perm and a normal perm?
A. A digital perm uses a heating machine that helps the curls last longer than a normal perm. A digital perm can last 6 months to 1 year, while a normal perm usually lasts 3–6 months. Digital perms are ideal for creating soft, natural waves, whereas normal perms are better suited for shorter hair or tighter curls.Q. What is a down perm?
A. A down perm helps flatten and control the direction of hair roots, keeping your style smooth and less puffy. It’s popular for men’s sideburns, but can also be applied to the top or back for a sleek finish. You can book a partial (sideburns only) or a full-head down perm, which includes the top and back areas.Q. How long will my curls last after a perm?
A. Curls usually last around 4–6 months, depending on your natural hair texture, haircut frequency, and home care routine.Q. Can I wash my hair after a perm?
A. Yes, you can — but be gentle! Washing or styling too soon may affect the curl shape. We recommend waiting up to 2–3 days if possible and following your stylist’s aftercare advice. Avoid hats or tying your hair tightly for the first few days to help your curls set properly.Q. Can I get a perm after coloring, or the other way around?
A. We recommend waiting at least one week between color and perm services to protect your hair condition. The curl shape won’t change, but coloring right before or after can cause dryness or damage. Regular home treatments are strongly advised. -
Q. Which option should I choose if I want to change my color without bleaching?
A. Please select the Tint service. We use high-quality KEVIN.MURPHY permanent color for this process, which provides rich tones and long-lasting results without bleaching.Q. I’ve colored my hair dark brown or black before, but can I still bleach it?
A. If your previous color is dark (level 1–5), bleaching may not lift the pigment evenly. In this case, we recommend not bleaching immediately. However, if only the ends are dark, we can perform a strand test before your appointment and discuss a color plan that suits your hair condition. -
Q. I’ve bleached my hair before but can I still straighten it?
A. We don’t recommend straightening for hair that has been bleached, as it can cause severe damage, including breakage, melting, or burning.Q. How often should I straighten my hair?
A. Ideally, once every 6 months to 1 year is recommended, depending on your hair growth and condition.Q. Can men also get straightening services?
A. Yes! Depending on your desired look, we can make it completely straight or leave a bit of your natural wave for a softer finish.Q. Is it possible to make my hair look naturally straight, not too flat?
A. Yes, absolutely. We can adjust the level of straightness based on your preference. Please share your desired look during the consultation before the service. -
Q. How does the deposit work?
A. A deposit is 50% of the total service price (you may also choose to pay in full). This helps us reduce no-shows and last-minute cancellations.Q. How can I reschedule or cancel an appointment?
A. You can find the reschedule or cancel option in your booking confirmation email. Please note that changes must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment, in line with our deposit policy.Q. When will I receive my refund?
A. If you cancel within 48 hours, your refund will be processed within 5–15 working days back to your original payment method.
